How do I track my order?
As soon as you place your order , you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will work as quick as possible to pick your order, pack it and send it out to you.
Once it has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours with a tracking number and an option to tack.
What are your delivery options ?
We offer various shipping options, please see below:
Leicester local delivery for £1.99
UK next day delivery for £6.99
UK standard 3-5 working days for £3.99
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery
Orders for next day delivery, MUST be placed before 12pm
Your order will be processed within 24hrs.

Can I cancel/ amend my order?
Unfortunately you cannot amend your order , you will need to place a new order.
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched, however once you receive a dispatch confirmation email , you will be unable to cancel your order and will need to request a return.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving the item. However, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Customers are responsible for the postage cost. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days. Contact us for more information.
